* The Sunshine Road to host the 2008 “Band Together for Kids” Benefit
The Sunshine Road will be hosting the annual "Band Together for Kids" benefit concert at Dodd Theatre in New Haven. This event, produced by RVP Studios in West Haven, has raised over $30,000 for the children's hospital. The jam will once again take place once again at the University of New Haven's Dodd Theatre. Over 130 diverse acts will perform on the big stage ranging in ages five years old to sixty years young! Whether it's singing, playing drums, guitar, bass, piano, acting, acoustic jams or live bands, our students are excited to donate their time and talent for this wonderful cause.
The events' big sponsors include Sam Ash Music Stores, Guitar Center and Subway to name a few. This weekend long event include prizes, raffles and special promotions.
