Contests and Giveaways
These general contest terms apply to all Sunshine Road contests and giveaways
unless otherwise noted:
By entering the Contest / Drawing, you hereby warrant
that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.
.There is no purchase requirement to enter a Competition
and there is no charge to register for use of the www.thesunshineroad.com
website.
Proof of posting cannot be accepted as proof of delivery.
The Sunshine Road cannot accept responsibility for any error, omission,
interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications
line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorised access
to entries, or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation
or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other
causes outside its control.
Prize winners will be chosen at random from all qualifying
entries within 28 days of the closing date specified by a member of The
Yellow House Production Company. In all matters, the decision of The Yellow
House Production Company shall be final and no correspondence or discussion
shall be entered into. If less than 25 entries are received for a given
prize in any given month, those entries will be combined with the following
month's entries.
Prize winners will be notified in the manner and within
the time specified on the Giveaway Notice. Return of any prize notification
as undeliverable or failure to reply as specified in the notification
within the time stated therein may result in disqualification and selection
of an alternate winner. If more than one prize is awarded only one prize
per entrant will be awarded. Drawing winner(s)’ names may be published
on The Sunshine Road website or you can write to Drawing Prize Winners,
The Yellow House Production Company LLC, PO Box 311, Thomaston,CT 06787
naming the specific drawing including a self-addressed stamped envelope
for a list of winners.
Claims for prizes must be made in the manner and within
the time specified on the Drawing Notice. Failure to claim a prize within
this time or in the manner specified may result in disqualification and
selection of an alternate winner.
Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
The Yellow House Production Company reserves the right to substitute prizes
of equal or greater value at any time.
The Yellow House Production Company reserves the right
to cancel or amend the Drawing, the Drawing Notice or these Rules at any
time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted either within the
Drawing Notice or these Rules. A copy of the Rules may also be obtained
by sending a stamped addressed envelope to: Drawing Rules, The Yellow

5. In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, Drawing
Notice, conduct, results and all other matters relating to a Competition,
the decision of The Yellow House Production Company shall be final and
no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
Unless otherwise specified in special contest Terms and
Conditions, no person may enter any contest more than once.
All prizes must be collected within 3 months from the
date of winning. After that time, unclaimed prizes will be dealt with
according to legislative requirements. The Yellow House Produciton Company
will not notify winners of time remaining. It is the sole responsibility
of winners to collect their prize.
The Yellow House Production Company cannot accept any
responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered
by any entrant entering the drawing or as a result of accepting any prize.
The Yellow House Production Company is not responsible for any problems
or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line
systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of
any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or
traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site,
or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s
or any other person's computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting
from participation or downloading any materials in the Competition. Nothing
shall exclude The Yellow House Production Company's liability for death
or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
The Yellow House Production Company, its agencies, affiliates,
sponsors and representatives are not responsible for defective prizes
or misuse of any prize, or for any claims, liability, loss or damage arising
out of or in connection with any drawing or contest promoted by The Yellow
House Production Company.
If a specified prize becomes unavailable, The Yellow
House Producton Company may substitute a replacement prize at its absolute
discretion.
The Yellow House Production Company may publicise, broadcast
or otherwise disclose a winner's name, character, likeness, statements.
The Yellow House Production Company may promote or advertise that a winner
has won a contest.
Comments, Communications and Other Content
Visitors may post comments, and other content; and other communications;
and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information,
so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory,
invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise
injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or
contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation,
chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You may
not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise
mislead as to the origin of content. TheSunshineRoad.com reserves the
right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does
not regularly review posted content.
If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise,
you grant TheSunshineRoad.com and its affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free,
perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce,
modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute,
and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant
TheSunshineRoad.com and its affiliates and sublicensees the right to use
the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose.
You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the
